Im so tired. I have been shuttling relatives from the airport to my family's house all night. I did 3 trips all about an hour and a half each.
This is what I get when my parents are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary, but forget to plan on who is picking up everyone. Today is when the majority of my relatives are arriving. Im expected to do 5 trips after my class and lab today.
Well I think i'll just skip all of Friday.

Congratulations to your parents Jumping. Wow that's 12 hours of pick and delivery, you deserve a day off. Any of you mid-westerners see the fireball I have been hearing about?

yes spent 5 years of my there, glad to move away--still have some friends there though---was NOT a happen' place when I lived there.
glad guru is back, though I have spent most of the last 2 days working on other computer/internet related issues...none of which got resolved
such is life.
and jumping---most of my relatives learned they can rent a car and get places on their own far easier than relying on any of my siblings to pick them up---so sorry to hear about your plight

Ya was down for about 2 days. Back now thanks to kzap and the other admins.
So I'm bored at work. Supposed to be recording the concert, which sucks, so ya, decided to browse good old guru instead of paying attention. The job is easier then shit once the concert starts, hear applause? Press play/pause, then press again to start a new track. Rinse and repeat. Zzzzzzz

being bored at work is better than being bored and not working---
found my digital camera...the batteries are all dead, will have to recharge them (hopefully).
glad the weather is nice again, its great to open the balcony door and have some cool air come in---and let out some of that HOT air.
now to figure out dinner....hubby is thinking something with eggs and we have some potatoes left from the curry (not cooked)......so might try my hand at hashed browns....

True, but at least when I am bored in my room I can study or play video games. But whatever, I get paid at work.
It rained today, but now it is sunny and about 70. Not horribly hot which is great.

so I am reading the WTS threads on Guru and I come across the following:
QUOTE
Cleaning out storage again. I accept ecto or gold for these trades, ecto preferred. My ecto rates are 500 gold less than the trader buys them for at the time of trade. Example: Trader buys ecto currently for 7.5k so I accept ecto as 7k per.
UNQUOTE
Am I wrong, but why would one pay in ectos at a price LESS than what you can sell the ectos for to the trader?

Random thread is random. It's suppose to be in the upper 60's all next week. Not sure about this weekend, hopefully nice on Sunday for my nephews 1st bday party.
Skullcandy earbuds eh? Sounds lame.
I think he meant how much it costs you to BUY from the trader, not sell to the trader. I think.
